Dedicated to educating Arizona’s hospitality industry as the leading resource for information regarding the industry’s latest trends, management techniques and regulations. The ARA serves as the legislative liaison for Arizona’s restaurants representing the interests of more than 11,000 foodservice establishments at the state legislature, county governments and municipalities. Arizona is projected to post $8.4 billion in eating place sales for 2008 and is expected to lead the nation in job growth from 2008 to 2018 gaining 26.9% jobs for the state’s restaurant economy. Arizona is a leading force in nationwide restaurant growth and continues to be a critical ingredient in the states economy, spurring valuable dollars, for the tourism, restaurant and hospitality industries.
