Passing the ServSafe Certified Food Manager's Exam satisfies the Certified Food Manager requirement of Maricopa, Mohave, Cochise, Yavapai and Yuma Health Departments. The class is designed as a one-day session with a certification exam at the end of the class. Results are mailed within 4-5 weeks.

You must register and pay for courses in advance. After registration, you will receive study material, and we urge you to study prior to the course.

Registration forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the class date.
Study Guide and confirmation will be sent in the mail.
Participants are subject to a rescheduling or No-Show fee of $25 if withdrawal from the course is less than 48 hours of class.
